摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士在临床工作中的生物危害与防护。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对不同工作年限、职称、职务、学历及不同工作单位的100名手术室护士进行调查。结果自我保护意识不足,易造成锐利物品刺伤、割伤或被污染血液溅到眼睛内。高职称组职业防护率高于低职称组。结论减少造成职业危害的各种因素,防护是关键。Objective： To explore the biological hazard and the effective prevention measures for operation room nurses. Method： 100 nurses with different work experiences, job rifles, records of formal schooling and in different post, from different hospital were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Result： The lack of awareness of self-protection is easy to give rise to be stabbed or be cut by the sharp items, be contaminated by the blood spilled into the eyes. The protection rate of the high professional title protection group was higher than the low title group. Conclusion： Protection is the key to reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards caused by various factors.
