彩色多普勒血流显像结合血β-HCG对宫角及间质部妊娠的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声血流显像结合血β-HCG对宫角妊娠及间质部妊娠的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析16例经手术及病理证实为宫角妊娠(7例)及间质部妊娠(9例)的彩色多普勒血流显像与血β-HCG值。结果:16例血β-HCG值为(8456±6960)mIU/ml(1878～26002mIU/ml)。超声检查均在一侧宫角处见一膨出性包块;16例中2例见胎心管搏动,14例包块内血流显示丰富的环状血流,2例见半环状血流。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像结合血β-HCG值对宫角妊娠及间质部妊娠的诊断有重要意义。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with β- HCG level detection in cornual pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy. Methods： Color Doppler ultrasound imaging and β- HCG level in serum of 7 cases of cornual pregnancy and 9 cases of interstitial pregnancy were analysed retrospectively. Results： The level of β- HCG was （ 8 456 ＋ 6 960） mIU/ml （1 878 -26 002 mIU/ml） . All cases were found projecting masses at cornua uteris; 2 cases were found fetal cardiac activity, 14 cases were rich in blood flow with ring signals and the other were found with half - ring signals. Conclusion ： Color Doppler ultrasound combined with β- HCG level detection play an important role in the diagnosis of cornual pregnancy and interstitial pregnancy.
