摘  要:为确保SZL10-1.25-MJ造纸垃圾焚烧炉前拱改造的成功,改善燃烧不佳的状况,借助FLUENT软件平台,采用SpeciesTransport模型,用标准k-ε湍流模型模拟气相湍流运输,P-1辐射模型计算辐射传热,对改造前、后的炉内燃烧进行数值模拟。对比分析了其温度场及炉膛出口烟气成分。分析结果表明:改造后炉内温度场均匀,炉膛出口含氧量、CO减少,CO2增加,说明改造后炉内燃烧状况好于改造前。To improve the situation of poor combustion and ensure the successful reformation of the front arch of a SZL10-1.25-MJ boiler, Species Transport model has been applied on the FLUENT software platform for numerical simulation of combustion process of the boiler before and after its front ach reconstruction with standard k-c turbulence modeling simulation for gas phase turbulence transportation and P-1 radiation model for radiant heat transfer calculation. A contrastive analysis was made on the temperature field and the gas composition of the export of furnace. The results indicate that after reconstruction, the temperature field in the furnace is uniform and the oxygen content and CO are reduced and CO2 was increased in the export of the furnace with the conclusion that the situation of combustion in the furnace after the reconstruction was better than before the reconstruction.
