摘　　要：阐述了透平风机替代传统的真空设备——水环式真空泵在纸机真空系统的应用,可以实现网部白水与压榨水彻底分开。在工作状态时,无需使用密封水,具有显著节水效果;相同状况下,其装机功率较低,起到节能的效果。但是由于叶轮转速很高,对设备加工、安装精度要求也较高,同时设备周围存在噪音大的缺点。The paper expounds the application of turbine blower replacing the traditional vacuum equipment for paper machines, which can realize the thorough separation of white water in wire part and white water in press section. In the working condition, it does not need sealing water, so there is a remarkable effect of water conservation and under the same circumstance, its motor capacity is lower for an effect of energy conservation. The running speed of its impeller is very high, so it needs higher precision in manufacture and installation and it has a shortcoming of high noise in its circumference.
