高长宽比六角切圆锅炉炉内流场二次旋涡不对称性研究

摘  要:通过对高长宽比六角切圆锅炉炉内流场二次旋涡的研究,发现二次旋涡的形成必须满足3个条件。二次旋涡虽可强化炉内的燃烧反应,使炉膛空间利用更充分且有利于控制飞灰可燃物与NOx的排放,但同时也容易造成不完全燃烧及高温受热面结渣。对此,提出了防治角部二次旋涡的根本办法,即采用四角切圆布置或双室炉膛切圆布置等燃烧器布置方式,提高一次、二次风的射流刚性,在燃烧器周围布置侧边风等来削弱二次旋涡形成的条件;加强炉内主旋转气流的旋转强度,使炉内物质基本上以主旋转气流的方式运动。Through study on secondary vortex in flow field of the furnace for six - conrner tangential firing boiler with a height - length - width ratio,it has been found that the formation of secondary vortex must satisfy three conditions. Although the secondary vortex can strengthen combustion reaction in the furnace, making utilization of space in the furnace to be more sufficient, and being helpful to control the unburned combustibles in fly ash and to control the NOx emission,at the same time,however,it is easily to result in impefect combustion and slagging on the high - temperature heating surfaces. Regarding to this, fundamental method for prenventing secondary vortex at the corners has been put forward,i, e. adopting burners' arrangement modes, such as four-corner tangential arrangement or dualfurnace tangential arrangement, to enhance the rigidity of primary and secondary air jet,and arranging crosswind around the burners,to weaken the condition for producing secondary vortex, the rotating intensity of main rotary gas flow in the furnace has been strengthened, the substances in the furnace are basically forced to move as the mode of main rotary gas flow.
