摘 要:机械式炉排焚烧炉具有入炉垃圾不需分拣,可焚烧低热值高水分垃圾及单炉处理容量大等特点。介绍了机械式炉排焚烧炉的工艺和燃烧控制方式,以及运行调整中应注意的问题。结合2个垃圾焚烧发电厂的实际运行情况,对焚烧炉存在的结焦、积灰、腐蚀等问题提出了相应的解决办法。It has been proposed that the mechanical grate incinerator is the most appropriate furnace for waste incineration in china, the grate incinerator has some advantages, such as the furnace - ingoing waste hasn't to be sorted,the waste with low calorific value and high water content can be burnt,and large output capacity of a single incinerator,etc.. The technological process and the combustion control large output capacity of a single incinerator,etc.. The technological process and the combustion control mode of mechanical grate incinerators have been presented, and problems needing to pay attention in operation adjustment being listed. Based on practical operation situation in two power plants of waste incineration, the ways for solving problems as slagging, fouling, and corrosion etc. have been put forward.
