摘 要:杭州江东富丽达热电有限公司130t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在试运行期间,风室积灰严重,分析认为其主要因布风装置阻力太小引起风帽漏渣所致。对此,通过对布风板阻力的测定,提出了在风帽连接管内安装节流短管以增加布风装置阻力的技改措施。实施后,风帽漏渣、风室积灰现象明显好转。During trial operation of 130 t/h CFB boiler in Hangzhou Jiangdong Fulida Thermal Power Co Ltd,the ash deposition in air compartment was severe. Through analysis,it is believed that the ash deposition in air compartment is resulted from slag - leakage of the funnel cap due to small resistance in the air distributor. Regarding to this, through measuring the resistance of air - distributing plates, a technical retrofit measure,installing short throttle tubes into connecting pipe of the funnel cap for increasing the resisitance in air distributor, has been put forward. After implementation, the phenomina of slag- leakage from funnel cap and ash deposition in the air compartment have been remarkably improved.
