摘  要:通过试验研究得出国产300MW机组真空严密性与凝汽器及真空系统漏入空气流量的定性、定量关系。根据不同容量机组低压缸排汽容积流量的换算关系,给出了真空严密性的定量评价基准。试验研究结果可为汽轮发电机组日常运行中漏入空气对凝汽器性能的影响程度提供判断依据。Through test study, the qualitative and quantitative relationship between the vacuum tightness and the leaking air flow rate into condenser of 300 MW units made in home has been obtained. Based on the conversion relation of volume flow of exhaut steam from the low - pressure casing of units with different output capacities,the quantitative evaluation criterion of vacuum tightness has been given. From results of the test study,a judgement basis can be provided for evaluating the influence degree of in -leaking air upon the performance of condenser in daily operation of turbo- generator set.
