摘 要:以液力耦合器为主的调节方式是未来引风机控制的发展方向。但是,在实际应用中由于液力耦合器自身的调节特性和设备选型的匹配问题,对炉膛压力的调节性能有一定的影响。对此,提出了液力耦合器与静叶联合调节的自动控制方案。在冷态通风试验参数和引风机出力试验的基础上,根据引风机静叶和液力耦合器调节特性,对国华三河电厂的引风机自动控制进行了改造。试验结果表明,改造后既解决了国华三河电厂的引风机液力耦合和静叶联合调节存在的不匹配问题,又满足RB及MFT等恶劣工况下的控制要求。Taking the hydraulic coupling as a main regulating mode,it is the development direction of controls for induced draft funs(IDF)in the future. In practical application,however,it can have certain effect upon the requlation,performance of furnace pressure due to the regulating behavior of the hydraulic coupling proper and the matching problem in equipment selection. For this, an automatic control method of combined regulation for hydraulic coupling and stationary blades has been put forward. On the basis of test parameters in cold - state ventilation and output capability test of the IDF, the automatic control of IDF in Sanhe Power Piant has been retrofitted based on the regulation behavior of stationary blades and hydraulic coupling of IDF. Test results show that the control system after retrofitting both solved the non - matching problem existing in combined regulation of hydraulic coupling and stationary blades in IDF of Sanhe Power Plant and having satisfied the control requirements in RB and MFT inclement operating conditions.
