摘  要:为了制定三氟氯氰菊酯在猕猴桃上的安全使用标准,采用田间试验的方法研究了三氟氯氰菊酯在猕猴桃上的残留动态,应用气相色谱分析方法测定了三氟氯氰菊酯在猕猴桃上的残留量。三氟氯氰菊酯在猕猴桃中消解较快,在套袋果实的半衰期为3.88d,安全间隔期为14d;在不套袋果实上的半衰期为3.81d,安全间隔期为17d,属于易降解农药(T1/2<30d)。使用浓度为1∶1000水溶液与幼果期均匀喷施一次,28d后样品中检测出三氟氯氰菊酯残留远低于欧盟关于三氟氯氰菊酯的农残限量(0.02mg/kg)。In order to make up criteria for safe application of cyhalothrin on kiwifruit, a field experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics on kiwifruit after application of cyhalothrin. The residue of cyhalothrin on kiwifruit were determined by GC. The results showed that dissipation rates of cyhalothrin in kiwifruit were fast,with half- life of 3.88d (with bag) and 3.81d (without bag) .The safety interval was 14d (with bag) and 17d (without bag). The residues of cyhalothrin which were detected in kiwifruit at dilution of 1000 times , with a harvest with holding period of 28 days after the treatment were under the EU's MRLs(0.02mg/kg).
