箭胡毛杨及其亲本遗传关系的同工酶分析

摘　　要：通过对箭胡毛杨及其亲本箭杆杨和胡杨聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了过氧化物酶(PER)、酯酶(EST)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)同工酶电泳结果,明确了其酶谱的特征及分布,并通过排序分析方法分析其相互之间的亲缘关系。结果表明,箭胡毛杨杂种兼具父母本特征,与母本箭杆杨亲缘关系较近,是箭杆杨与胡杨的杂种后代。The peroxidase （PER）, Esterase （EST）, and Malate dehydrogenase （MDH） of Populas×Jianhumao and its parents, Populus nigra ovra . thevestina and Populus diversifolia, were analyzed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The characteristics and distributions of zymograms showed the variations of isoenzymes. The sibship of them was studied by index analysis. The results showed that Populus x Jianhumao had both male and female parent features, and was more similar with its female parent.
