摘  要:实验在常压微沸(90~95℃)条件下采用V(硝酸):V(高氯酸)=4:1消化,应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定不同产地人参果中金属元素Na,Ca,Mg,Mn,Cu,K,Zn,Fe,Cr,Cd和Pb的含量。研究了测定不同元素时仪器的最佳工作条件,并作了方法的准确性和精密度的考察,加标回收率为97.26%~104.82%,相对标准偏差(n=9)为0.10%~5.15%。测定方法简单易行,结果可靠。A flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method was established for the determination of Na, Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, K, Zn, Fe, Cr, Cd and Pb in the Solanura muricatum from different regions. The samples were incinerated and then digested with V(HNO3) : V(HClO4)=4 : 1 at 90-95℃ and under normal pressure. In the meantime, the optimum parameters of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and effects of solution medium on the results were studied. The results show that recovery of standard addition is 97.26%-104.82%, and the RSD(n=9) is 0.10%-5.15%. The characteristic method is quick, simple and convenient and the results are satisfactory.
