摘　　要：广义随机制造是一种面向不同自动化程度车间的新的制造系统模式。本文介绍了广义随机制造系统的基本概念，分析了系统的结构，讨论了协调分布式控制、奖惩机制及自主式工艺设计的实现策略。提出了基于动态网筛的漏斗模型ＤＳＢＦ。GRMS (Generalized random manufacturing system) is a novel manufacturing model and suitable to the shop floors with different automatic level.This paper illustrates the basic concept of GRMS,analyses the operation procedure of GRMS,discusses the implementation of the reward and penalty mechanism,self propelled process planning and scheduling and coordination distribution control used in GRMS,puts forward a dynamic sieve based funnel model for competition to order.
