摘  要:本试验采用盆栽方法,研究在不同的供氮水平下,接种菌根真菌和根瘤菌对大豆/玉米混作体系氮素吸收的影响。研究表明,双接种SH212和菌根G.m显著提高了大豆和玉米的生物量,在不施氮的情况下,双接种SH212和菌根G.m使大豆和玉米的总生物量比对照增加了37.3%;且就平均而言,双接种真菌和根瘤菌显著提高了大豆的根瘤数;在施氮和不施氮的情况下,双接种SH212和菌根G.m的大豆和玉米混作体系中总的吸氮量分别比不接种处理高65.4%和41.5%。因此,表明在合理的施氮水平下,双接种菌根真菌和根瘤菌对大豆/玉米生长具有显著的促进作用,而本次试验为通过微生物作用提高混作体系生产力和资源利用效率,减少环境污染,进一步发挥间套作在可持续农业中的作用提供新的科学思路。A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of inoculating mycorrhizal and Rhizobium on nitrogen uptake in soybean/maize intercropping system under the different nitrogen supply levels. Results showed that dual inoculating Rhizobium and mycorrhizal facilitate the growth of soybean and maize. The total biomass of soybean and maize increased 37.3% due to dual inoculating Rhizobium SH212 and mycorrhizal G.m under the no nitrogen treatment. On average, soybean nodules number of inoculate Rhizobium and mycorrhizal was improved. Total nitrogen uptake by maize and soybean increased 65.4% and 41.5%, respectively in dual inoculating Rhizobium SH212 and mycorrhizal G.m treatments compared with the control group. Therefore, dual inoculating Rhizobium and mycorrhizal enhanced the growth of intercropped soybean and maize in the appropriate nitrogen supply level. The results of this experiment provided a new scientific idea to improve productivity of intercropping system by microbe, reduce environmental pollution and efficiently enhance the resource. It also played an important role in sustainable agriculture.
