摘 要:MicmRNAs(miRNAs)是一类内源非编码小RNA(sRNAs)。在植物中,由初级转录本(pri—miRNA)通过Dicer—like酶(DCL)加工,形成的长度约21~24nt RNAs。miRNA组装的沉默复合体(RISC),对互补mRNA(靶基因)可进行剪切、调控植物生长发育和胁迫应答等过程。文章对miRNAs的生物合成、鉴定和验证、作用机理和功能及在技术应用等方面进行综述。MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding endo-small RNAs (sRNAs) with the size of 21-24 nucleotides(nt). In plants, miRNA is processed from pri-miRNA by Dicer-like enzyme (DCL), and then assembled into RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC) to slice the mRNA target containing the sequences complementary with miRNA. It had been reported that miRNAs regulated a variety of process in plants development and response to environmental stress. This study reviewed some recent achievements including the miRNA biological synthesis, the identification and validation of the miRNA and its target mRNA, its important roles in plants development, as well as its application in gene modification.
