摘　　要：目前,我国农村公共产品供给呈现严重短缺和失衡的状况,影响了农村社会公平和稳定。究其原因主要是供给体制的问题。文章主要分析了我国农村公共产品供给体制的现状及存在的问题,并从明确农村公共产品的供给主体、建立农村公共产品的多元化供给体系、完善农村公共产品的筹资机制、完善农村公共产品的决策机制等方面对我国农村公共产品供给体制的完善提出政策建议。Nowadays, the serious shortage and imbalance condition of rural public goods in China has affected the equity and stability of rural society. The problems are mainly caused by the unregulated supply system. This paper analyzes problems of the supply system of rural public goods and proposes four recommendations for reform： to make the principal department of supply clear, to set up a diversified supply system, to perfect the funding and decision-making mechanism of rural public goods＇ supply.
