摘　　要：外资银行进入转轨经济国家是近年来西方学术界研究的热点问题。文章梳理了外资银行市场进入的涵义、进入模式、市场进入的决定因素、外资银行进入转轨国家的决定因素、外资银行进入转轨国家采用的模式的决定因素以及外资银行进入转轨国家对东道国银行业效率的影响等文献,试图通过对外资银行进入这些转轨经济国家的理论上的综述,为我们提出有针对性的应对之策提供借鉴和参考,并对未来研究的方向提出相关建议。It is a hot issue among the western scholars＇ circle that foreign-funded bank enters the economy-swithcing country .This paper makes a brief introduction of the following： the definition of foreign-funded bank market entry, the mode of market entry, the determinants on the market entry, the determinants on the market entry to transition country, the determinants on the mode of market entry and the influence of foreign-funded banks＇ market entry on the host country＇s bank efficiency. Based on above, this paper tries to provide suggesitions and references on how to raise the appropriate policies and relevant advices on the further study.
