摘  要:在电力工程设计中往往因小塘坝或尾矿库的设计标准低,资料缺乏,而忽略其影响。本文以金罗220kV变电站设计洪水为例,针对当地无水文资料和降雨资料这一特殊情况,通过洪水调查及相关分析计算,在考虑南川河百年一遇洪水的同时,又重点考虑小塘坝溃坝的影响及采取的措施。Little Dam or Tailing Dam is of low design s ds and is also lack of data, which results in the low design standard of electric power project. This article is based on the design of flood control for JinLuo 220kV Substation which has special conditions of no hydrologic data and no local rainfall data, then investigates and analyzes the data of floods, and finally comes to a conclusion of measures and influences on Little Dam besides considering Nancuan River flood which is big enough to be once a hundred year.
