摘 要:针对某在建核电站三级循环给水混流泵在多工况下高效率运行的要求,基于雷诺时均N-S方程、标准k-ε湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对叶轮及蜗壳内部流场进行数值模拟,并预测其性能曲线.在清水实验台上进行性能测试,实验结果表明数值计算与试验结果吻合较好,但数值模拟和试验结果均显示该样机效率不达标,可以通过增大蜗壳断面面积以及减小叶片进口冲角进一步提高整机效率.Aimed at the requirement of high efficiency of three-stage circulating mixed-flow feed-water pump in a nuclear power plant in constructing, and based on Reynolds time-averaged Navier-Stokes equa- tions with the standard k-ε turbulence closure models, and SIMPLE algorithm, the inner flow field of the impeller and volute was numerically simulated, and the pump performance curves were predicted. The performance test was carried out with fresh water. It was shown by the test that the computational result a- greed well with that of performance test. The CFD analysis and test results, however, showed that the sample pump could not reach the standard efficiency. It would be reasonable that enlargement of sectional area of volute and reduction of inlet angle of blades might improve the efficiency of the pump as a whole.
