摘  要:建立农产品溯源机制可以对农产品的质量安全问题进行全程的跟踪,可以有效地缓解当前日益严重的农产品安全问题。本文首先研究了当前国内农产品溯源的现状以及存在的问题,通过分析农产品溯源的特性和当前农产品溯源系统存在的弊端,提出了以企业为最小责任主体从更高层次实现农产品溯源的解决方案。该解决方案以数据库为核心,建立农产品生产加工过程中的溯源关系,从而实现企业间的农产品的溯源。本文还将根据该解决方案,提出农产品溯源查询系统的设计方案,就数据采集与存储和查询系统的设计进行近一步的阐述。The tracing mechanisms of agricultural products, which followed the produce quality and safety information in the entire process of its production, can effectively relieve increasingly serious problem of food safety. Firstly, the status and problems existing in the current domestic agricultural production was discussed, and a macroscopy and enterprise-based agricultural produces trace solution proposed by analyzing the characteristics of agricultural products trace and the current defects of corresponding system. The solution takes a database as a core to trace the relations between upriver and downriver enterprises by recording the materials information of every produce of every enterprise. Based on the enterprise-based solution, the design and implementation of data collection, data storage and trace query was introduced.
