摘　　要：本文提出了不限功能层次、不限用户级别的通用权限管理模型,阐述了模型的设计原理、工作流程,并引入可视范围的概念。该模型具有计算速度快、灵活等特点,适合于各类系统的用户管理,对B/S和C/S系统的权限管理都具有很好的参考价值。A rights management model of open-made functional level and open-user level was proposed. And the design principles and workflow of the model was described with the introduction of the concept of visual range. The model suitable for all types of user management system is able to calculate speedily, flexibly, which offers comprehensive reference for the rights management of B/S and C/S.
