摘 要:目的测定盐炙补骨脂中氯化钠含量,探索建立盐炙饮片中辅料盐的质量控制方法。方法以氯化钠基准试剂为对照,硝酸银溶液滴定,电位滴定法测定盐炙补骨脂中氯化钠含量。结果氯化钠在10.0~70.0mg范围内,与消耗的硝酸银体积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=0.1684X+0.0557(r=0.99996,n=7),平均回收率为97.48%,RSD为2.40%,不同盐炙补骨脂中氯化钠的含量0.83%~1.86%.结论电位滴定法测定饮片中氯化钠含量方法简便、准确、重现性好,可以作为中药饮片氯化钠含量测定方法。Objective To determination the contents of sodium chloride in the Fructus Psoraleae and establish the quality examination method about sodium chloride. Methods Take sodium chloride basic reagent as comparison, determinate the contents of sodium chloride in the Fructus Psoraleae hy the electric potential titration method. Results In the range of 10. 0-70. 0 mg, there was an excellent linear shape between the mass and volume of silver nitrate. The regression equation was Y=0. 168 4 X+0. 055 7 (r=0. 999 96, n= 7) and the average recovery was 99. 61% with RSD=2. 11%. The content of sodium chloride was from 0. 83% to 1.86%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the contents of sodium chloride in the Chinese medicine.
