摘  要:目的比较砂仁盐炙前后"缩尿"作用的差异。方法应用水负荷小鼠尿多模型,观察砂仁盐炙前后的"缩尿"作用。结果盐灸砂仁低剂量对缩尿有显著性作用,并且作用优于生砂仁及盐灸砂仁其他各剂量组。结论从药理实验初步证实了中药炮制理论"盐炙入肾"的正确性。Objective To investigate the differences of the effects and clinical applications between before and after processing. Methods The different effects in the arresting polyuria effect of Amomum villosum Lour fructus before and after stir-heating with salt solution were observed. Results The stir-heated Amomum villosum Lour fructus at lowest dose perform significantly in decreasing volume of urination and the effect was better than other groups at different doses. Conclusion The effects of arresting polyuria of Amomurn villosum Lour fructus before and after stir-heating with salt solution are different, preliminarily interpreting the scientific connotation of the theory for "The stir-heated drug with salt solution acts on kidney, and kidney governs water".
