摘  要:本实验研究了以KF为助剂粉煤灰焙烧过程中可能发生的化学反应,并以热力学计算为指导,研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间和m1(粉煤灰):m2(KF)对反应形成酸溶铝的影响。实验结果表明:在焙烧温度1073K、焙烧时间1h、m1(粉煤灰):m2(KF)为5:1时,粉煤灰中铝的溶解率可达到95.03%。同时对粉煤灰的热分解过程的动力学研究结果表明,该过程符合Crank-Ginstling-Braunshtein方程,由实验结果计算,其表观活化能为136.56kJ/mol。The possible chemistry reactions of coal fly ash with KF as additive were studied during the roasting process, and the gibbs energy changes of the reactions were calculated. The effects of acid soluble aluminum on m1 ( coal fly ash) : m2 (KF) , roasting temperature and time were studied, and the favorable conditions were determined as follow : m1 ( coal fly ash) : m2 (KF) = 5 : 1,1073 K, 1 h. Under this condition,The dissolution rate of aluminum is 95.03 %. Dynamics of the thermal decompose of coal fly ash were explored, and the results suggest the process fit Crank-Ginstling-Braunshtein equation, and all apparent activation energy 136.37 kJ/mol for the decomposing reactions was derived from experimental data.
