摘 要:在油气钻探行业,一些钻井重要零部件的磨损问题严重制约了钻探技术的发展,特别是泥浆泵缸套、柱塞、套管、潜孔锤活塞与套管等部件磨损情况严重,使用寿命短,需要经常停钻维修,造成较大的经济损失。本论文分析了油气钻探行业一些重要的易磨损部件及磨损形式和损毁机理,比较了现用主要耐磨损材料:耐磨铸铁、合金钢和硬质合金以及Al2O3陶瓷、ZrO2陶瓷、Sialon基复相陶瓷的使用情况和需要解决的问题,通过比较提出采用Sialon基复相陶瓷来制备油气钻探行业的耐磨部件是一种可行的技术途径。In the oil and gas drilling industry, the development of drilling technology is limited due to the wearing problem of some important parts, especially the mud pump cylinder, plunger piston, casing, the piston and the easing of the Downhole Hammer components are weared seriously. As a result, the drilling parts" useful life period is shorten, regular maintenance by stopping drilling is required, and great economic losses are caused. The wearing form and damage mechanism of some important components which are easy to wear and tear in the oil and gas drilling industry are analyzed in this paper. The service condition and problems of the current main wear-resistant materials such as the wear-resistant cast iron, alloyed steel and sintered-carbide and Al2O3 ceramics, ZrO2 ceramics and sialon matrix muhiphase ceramics are compared. It is proposed that Sialon matrix muhiphase ceramics is available for the wearresistant parts in oil and gas drilling industry.
