摘 要:磷石膏是湿法磷酸生产时排放的固体废弃物,磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥技术一直为人们高度重视,但这一技术至今尚未有实质的突破。近年来许多学者提出了利用水泥新型干法技术来实现磷石膏预分解制硫酸联产水泥的新工艺。为此本文结合水泥新型干法预热分解窑的热工特点,以及磷石膏的热分析,研究了在该工艺条件下,磷石膏的分解温度与正常预热分解炉的适应性,磷石膏分解效率及窑系统粘结堵塞等特性。结果表明,采用新型干法水泥技术分解磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥是十分困难的。Phosphogypsum is a solid waste produced in wet-process phosphoric acid process. Although the studies for techniques to produce phosphoric acid and cement with phosphogypsum have long attracted people's attention, they have not made any essential breakthroughs up to now. In recent years, many scholars have put forward a new technique scheme in which phosphogypsum decomposition, acid and cement production from phosphogypsum are realized with NSP cement production technique. In order to learn the possibilities, characteristics such as the decomposition temperature of phosphogypsum, its adaptability with the preheater and calciner, the decomposing efficiency of phosphogypsum and the jam of the preheater are studied with the thermal analysis of phosphogypsum and the NSP thermal characteristics in this paper. It is shown that the new acid and cement production from phosphogypsum with NSP cement production technique is difficult to achieve.
