摘 要:采用醇类、醇胺类有机物做助磨剂,研究了有机物中不同基团对水泥粉磨的影响。结果表明:单羟基醇有机物助磨效果不明显;多元醇有机物有较好的助磨效果,羟基数目越多,助磨效果越好;决定有机物助磨作用的因素是其中含有的官能团类型和数量;醇胺类有机物能显著降低水泥筛余,羟乙基数目的增多将使水泥流动性增强。Organic substances containing hydroxyl group and alcohol amine group were chosen paper and the effects of different organic group on cement grinding process were studied. The showed that: organic substances with single hydroxyl group have neglectable grinding-help grinding efficiency increases with the increasing number of hydroxyl group, the factors which in this results effect, decide orgainc substances having grinding effect are the kinds and number of group in them. Organic substances with alcohol amine group can decrease the sieve residue of cement greatly, the increasing number of hydroxyethyl group lead to better cement flow property.
