摘 要:目的改进传统的脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型进行。方法实验动物分为动脉夹和结扎线法制备脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型。结扎线结扎腹主动脉后,不进行二次开腹,缺血一定时间后,直接抽拽腹外的线头。通过后肢神经功能评分和病理组织学观察两种模型制备方法的效果。结果后肢神经功能评分和病理组织学观察结果表明二者效果基本相同。结论结扎线法可减少二次开腹,避免不能关腹引起的脏器在空气中长时间暴露,优于动脉夹法,可以替代动脉夹法制备脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型。Objective To improve rat models of spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods Wistar rats were used for preparation of the models of spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury by the artery clamp and silk-ligature, respectively. The abdominal aorta was ligated with ligation-line for a certain period of time, the end of ligature ventrolaterally was pulled to reperfuse without second laparotomy. The hindlimb neurological function scores and pathological observation were performed in order to compare the effects of the two methods. Results The results of the hindlimb neurological function scores and pathological observation showed that there is no significantly different between the two methods. Conclusion The silk-ligature method can avoid the second laparotomy and the exposure of organs for long time caused by opened abdomen, which is better than traditional artery clamps methods and may replace it.
