摘　　要：中国与东盟成员国刑事司法协助与引渡制度是双边刑事司法合作中最重要的内容。近几年我国与东盟成员国刑事司法协助和引渡有很大发展,通过刑事司法协助与引渡条约的签署和适用,初步建立起刑事司法协助和打击犯罪合作机制。但存在和面临的问题是明显的,需采取适当的途径和措施,推动中国与东盟成员国刑事司法协助与引渡的完善。Criminal justice assistance and judicial cooperation in criminal extradition between China and the ASEAN member countries is the most important element. In recent years criminal judicial assistance and extradition between China and the ASEAN member countries have made great development, through the criminal justice assistance and the signing of an extradition treaty and apply initially establishes criminal judicial assistance and cooperation mechanisms to combat crime. However, the problems are obvious. We should take appropriate ways and measures to promote criminal judicial assistance and extradition between China and the ASEAN member countries.
