摘 要:综述了国内外内燃机缸内空气运动的评价方法,指出了这些评价方法各自的侧重点。设计了一种气道试验台,提出了新的评价方法,并基于LabVIEW开发了一个与该气道试验台相适应的气道试验台测控软件;基于此气道试验台对CG125发动机进行了气道试验。结果表明,缸内气体流动是立体的、复杂的气流运动,传统气道试验台测出的几个孤立点的数据不能完全反映缸内气体流动的全貌,而本气道试验台能够测量缸内任意角度,任意方向的气体运动的矢量,从而更准确地反映缸内气体流动的真实情况。The home and abroad evaluation methods of in-cylinder air flow were described and their different emphasis was pointed out. The flow test bench was designed and its evaluation method was put forward. The measuring and controlling soft-ware for the flow test bench based on LabVIEW was developed and finally the flow test of CG125 engine was carried out on the test bench. The results show that the in-cylinder air flow is tridimensional and complex, which makes the few data measured by traditional test bench not reflect thoroughly the in-cylinder air flow. The developed test bench can measure the vector of air flow at any angle and in any direction and thereby can reflect the air flow in cylinder more accurately.
