摘  要:在不改变6300ZC柴油机结构和参数的基础上,开发了柴油机进气管预混甲醇裂解气的试验系统,研究了预混微量裂解气时柴油机的燃油经济性与排放特性。研究结果表明,当柴油机进气预混甲醇裂解气的质量分数为2.5%~5.0%时,各负荷下节油率可达5%~8%,综合有效热效率明显提高,且随着裂解气掺烧浓度的增加,油耗呈下降趋势。与原机相比,NOx与炭烟排放大幅度改善,HC排放也有明显降低,CO排放略有上升。在高负荷时,NOx排放可降低37.6%,炭烟排放可降低43.5%。On the basis of 6300ZC diesel engine, the system of premixed methanol pyrolysis gas in the intake manifold was developed. Based on this, the fuel economy and emission characteristics were studied. The results show that, when the fraction of premixed methanol pyrolysis gas is 2.5%- 5.0%, the saving rate of fuel consumption can reach 5%-8%, and the total effective heat release rate is obviously improved. With the increase of methanol pyrolysis gas, the fuel consumption declines. Compared with the original engine, the NO~ and soot emissions were significantly improved, the HC emission also remarkably decreased, while the CO emission increased slightly. At high loads, the NO, emission can be reduced by 37.6% and the soot emission can be reduced by 43.5%.
