标本兼顾治疗寻常型痤疮62例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药内服配合倒膜治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。[方法]将102例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组62例,对照组40例,治疗组采用清热解毒颗粒内服并配合中药倒膜治疗,外擦克林霉素凝胶;对照组给予口服维胺脂胶丸,外用克林霉素凝胶治疗。[结果]治疗组和对照组的疗效有显著性差异,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,而治疗组的不良反应低于对照组。[结论]中医标本兼治治疗寻常型痤疮有较好的临床疗效。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of oral medication of TCM and face mask in treating acne vulgaris. [Methods] One hundred and two cases with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group（n=62） and control group（n=40）. The patients in treatment group were treated with Qingrejiedu granule, face mask and topical use Clindamycin gel in the meantime, while the Patients in control with Viaminati capsules and topical use Clindamycin gel. [Results] The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that of control group with less adverse reactions than that of control group. [Conclusion] Treating Biao and Ben concurrently with medication of TCM has a good therapeutic effect for ache vulgaris.
