丹红合参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察丹红注射液合参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=36)和治疗组(n=40),治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液和参麦注射液,14d为1个疗程,观察心功能改善情况、中医证候疗效及左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)的变化。[结果]与对照组相比,治疗组在治疗后无论是心功能改善情况还是中医证候疗效均优于对照组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05),且两组治疗后LVEF、LVEDD均有明显改善(P<0.01)。[结论]丹红注射液合参麦注射液能明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。[Objectivel To observe the clinical effect of Danhong injection and Shenmai injection in treating chronic heart failure （CHF）. [Methods] The patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group （n=36） and treatment one （n=40）. In the treatment group, the patients were given with Danhong and Shenmai injection besides the regular treatment for 14 days. During the process, the changes of cardiac function, TCM syndromes, LVEF and LVEDD were carefully studied. [Results] Compared with the control group, both changes of cardiac function and TCM syndromes were superior in the treatment group （P〈0.05）, and the LVEF and LVEDD were improved significantly （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Danhong injection combined with Shenmai injection can improve the clinical syndromes dramatically, and enhance the life quality of CHF patients.
