摘　　要：中医理论认为,脏与腑的关系实际上就是阴阳表里的关系,在结构和功能上有一定的联系。并通过对肝病及非肝病人群的胆囊声像图进行观察分析,对肝胆相表里的理论加以临床观察。The Chinese medicine theory considered that the relationship between viscera and bowels was actually the one between yin and yang, exterior and interior and they were related each other in structure and function in some extent. This theory had an important guiding significance in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine. Through the observation and analysis of the ultrasonic image of gallblad- der, this article studied clinically the theory of the liver sharing an interior-exterior relationship with gallbladder.
