综合外治疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察及对PEF变异率的影响

摘　　要：目的观察综合外治疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及对最大呼气流量昼夜波动率(PEF)变异率的影响。方法将咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用综合外治疗法,包括拔火罐、穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸和穴位贴敷,隔日1次,30次为1个疗程。对照组30例予茶碱缓释胶囊0.1g,每日2次口服,2个月为1个疗程。2组均治疗1个疗程后评定疗效,比较PEF变异率。结果2组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后PEF变异率与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后PEF变异率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合外治疗法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切,优于对照组,并能减少PEF变异率。Objective To investigate the effect of synthetically external therapy on cough variant asthma and its PEF variation. Methods 60 cases of cough variant asthma （CVA） were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in control group were treated by Theophylline, 0.1 g, twice a day. Patients in treatment group （ n =30） were treated by synthetically external therapy, including cupping, point injection of BCG - PSN and acupoint application, once every other day. The course was 30 times in two groups. The effect and PEF variation were evaluated after a course in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The PEF variation after treatment was superior to that before treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The PEF variation in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Synthetic external therapy has definite effect on CVA, and decrease PEF variation.
