玻璃酸钠关节腔填充配合中药熏蒸治疗髌骨软化症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔填充疗法配合肌力训练、中药熏蒸治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法将160例髌骨软化症患者随机分为2组。治疗组80例采用玻璃酸钠关节腔填充配合肌力训练、中药熏蒸治疗;对照组80例仅采用玻璃酸钠关节腔填充配合肌力训练治疗。每周治疗5d,10d为1个疗程,5个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组愈显率90.0%,总有效率99.4%;对照组愈显率70.0%,总有效率92.5%。2组愈显率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔填充配合肌力训练、中药熏蒸是髌骨软化症较为理想的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of the intra - articular hyaluronic acid visco - supplementation therapy combined with exercise for power and Chinese herbs on chondromalacia patellae, explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined western medicine of chondromalacia patellae. Methods 160 patients were randomly assigned to two groups, treatment group and control group. The treatment group received the intra - articular hyaluronic acid viscosupplementation therapy, exercise for power and Chinese herbs; while the control group were on- ly received the intra - articular hyaluronic acid viscosupplementation therapy and exercise for power for five weeks. The course was ten days in two groups. The treatment was continued for 5 weeks. Results After 5 weeks, markedly effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group （90%, 99.4% ） were higher than those in control group （70%, 92.5%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The intra- articular hyaluronic acid viscosupplementation therapy combined with Chinese herbs is a better therapy for chondromalacia patellae.
