摘  要:为探讨柞蚕壮蚕期体内物质代谢对滞育生理的影响,研究了不同蚕季的柞蚕5龄幼虫血淋巴中蛋白质和糖类物质含量的动态变化。结果表明:春、秋期柞蚕5龄幼虫血淋巴中总糖、海藻糖和蛋白质含量均随着生长发育而增加,总糖和海藻糖在5龄末期稍有下降;秋期柞蚕血淋巴中的总糖含量略高于春期柞蚕,海藻糖含量二者大致相似,而蛋白质含量却高于春期柞蚕,并且显示出特征蛋白质谱带。推测秋蚕期柞蚕体内物质的变化与发生滞育有关。In order to explore influence of metabolites on the diapause of fully grown tussah silkworm (Antheraea pernyi) larvae, the dynamic variation of protein and carbohydrate contents in haemolymph of the 5^th instar larvae were investigated. The results showed that, in spring and autumn rearing seasons, the content of total carbohydrate, trehalose and protein increased with larval development in the 5^th instar, while that of total carbohydrate and trehalose decreased slightly during the late days of 5^th instar. In autumn, the content of total carbohydrate was slightly higher than that in spring, the content of trehalose was about the same with spring, and the content of protein was lower than that in spring. Moreover, special protein profiles were observed in haemolymph from autumn rearing. It is suggested that variation of metabolites in the Antheraea pernyi larvae in autumn rearing is related to the onset of diapause.
