摘　　要：中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司蒸馏一装置在设备管道材质等级未达到炼制高酸原油的标准情况下,接炼了典型的重质低硫高酸高钙Doba原油(机会原油)。为了保证炼制该高酸原油时装置的腐蚀程度在可以控制的前提下进行,特制定了一套完整有效的腐蚀控制方案:预处理、风险评估和高低温区腐蚀控制、适应的腐蚀监测。SINOPEC Zhongyuan General Petrochemical Works has received a typical heavy sweet high acidity and high calcium Doba Crude （opportunity crude） and planned to process it in one of its crude distillation units. As the metallurgy of equipment and piping in the distillation unit can not meet the requirement for processing the high - acidity crude, a complete effective corrosion control program in respect of pretreatment, risk assessment, high and low temperature zone corrosion control and appropriate corrosion detection has been developed to ensure the successful operation of the crude distillation unit at controlled corrosion.
