摘　　要：中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥石化分公司的碱渣处理装置容-7和容-8中间罐由于介质复杂,温度较高,腐蚀严重,影响装置正常运行。通过多次模拟现场腐蚀浸泡试验,寻找最佳防腐蚀方案;同时改进操作工艺,以达到延长设备使用寿命,确保装置长周期安全运行的目的。The intermediate tanks （V -7 and V -8 ） in the caustic sludge treatment unit in SINOPEC Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company seriously corroded due to the complex compositions of media and high temperature, which affected the normal unit operation. A number of field simulated soaking corrosion tests have been conducted to develop an optimized corrosion prevention scheme. While at the same time, the operation of the tanks has been improved to extend the service life of the equipment and maintain a safe long - term operation of the unit.
