摘　　要：硫磺回收装置的腐蚀是炼油企业面临的普遍性问题,文章通过分析硫磺回收过程腐蚀介质的来源及腐蚀机理,深入剖析了腐蚀对装置造成主要危害,并提出了设备选材和工艺防护等有针对性的防腐蚀技术措施。Corrosion in sulfur recovery unit is a common problem encountered by petroleum refiners. The sources of corrosive media and corrosion mechanism in sulfur recovery process are studied, the hazards of corrosion to the process unit are analyzed and effective corrosion prevention measures are proposed in respect of process prevention and material selection.
