摘　　要：江苏省目前正在大力发展现代农业,走具有江苏特色的农业发展道路。文章就江苏现代农业规模化、组织化和产业化三方面的发展现状进行了研究和分析,主要剖析了江苏省农业总体规模化、产业化的特点和存在问题,目前采取的组织化形式和存在的难题以及解决方法,为现代农业的研究提供了补充数据和资料。At present Jiangsu modern agriculture is advancing production energetically and taking the agricultural development path with Jiangsu characteristics. The scale, organization and industrialization of Jiangsu modern agriculture was investigated and analyzed in the paper. Main characters of scale and industrialization of agriculture in Jiangsu Province and existing problems were analyzed. Current organizations means, problems were analyzed and related solving method put forward. All this provide data and information for studies of modern agriculture.
