摘　　要：深刻认识短距离速滑技战术特征是项目制胜的关键所在,对探寻训练规律、改革训练方法、提高训练效益和科学安排负荷具有重要的指导意义。采用文献资料法、图像分析法和数理统计法,对短距离速滑技战术特征进行研究。结果表明:在基本规范的技术基础上,因个人特点的不同,每个运动员的滑行技术表现出较明显的个体差异性;战术实施应针对自己和对手的情况以及比赛环境的变化灵活地安排。The winning key of sprint speed skating is to deeply understand the technical and tactical character, which has important instruction for the training law research, the training method reform, the training effect and scientifical load. With the methods of documentary information, image analysis and mathematics statistics, the article discusses the technical and tactical character of sprint speed skating. The result shows that basing on general skills and individual character, every skater＇s skating technique has obvious individual difference and he should deal with his tactic according to the changes of rivals and competition environment.
