摘　　要：我国速滑运动要想跻身于世界速滑强国的行列,必须有关键性的突破。采用理论和实践相结合的方法,通过对优秀速滑教练员创新能力及其通过创新使速滑项目成为优势运动项目,并保持项目长期绝对优势的探索,对优秀速滑教练员的创新能力、结构和培养途径进行了分析论证。认为优秀速滑教练员的创新能力主要包括创新思维能力和创新训练能力,训练理念创新和速滑技术创新是优秀速滑教练员各种能力创新的核心与关键;知识结构是创新能力基础,智力结构是创新能力的保证,知识和智力只有通过内化,在发现问题和解决问题的实践过程中才能形成速滑教练员的创新能力,进而提升创新能力;从创新基础、环境、机制等多方面论述了优秀速滑教练员创新能力的培养途径。In order to develop Chinese speed skating into world level, it＇s necessary to have a key breakthrough With the methods of combining the theory with the practice, after discussing the innovation ability of excellent speed skating coach and the probability to develop the speed skating into advantage level and keep a long- term absolute predominance with innovation, the article analyzes the innovation ability, structure and development approach of excellent speed skating coach. It thinks that their innovation ability mainly includes the innovative thinking and training, the core and key innovation ability is to have a creative training idea and skill, the knowledge structure is the base of innovation ability, the intelligence structure is the guarantee of innovation ability, the innovation ability can be developed in recognizing and solving the problem by the internal transform of knowledge and intelligence. It also discusses the development approach of excellent speed skating coach＇s innovation ability from innovation condition, environment and mechanism.
