摘　　要：总硫回收率是硫磺回收装置的核心,是炼油厂污染物达标排放的技术保障。从硫磺回收的工艺原理出发,通过原料组成、工艺控制、催化剂性能、配风比等不同角度,深入地分析了影响总硫回收率的因素,有针对性地提出了提高总硫回收率的技术对策。The total sulfur recovery rate is the core of sulfur recovery unit and the technical support of refinery pollutant emission standard.Based on sulfur recovery process principle,analyzed deeply are factors affecting sulfur recovery rate,such as composition of raw materials,process control,catalyst performance,the proportion of raw materials and air,and technology strategies are put forward for increasing the total sulfur recovery rate.
