摘 要:为了表征丝素与聚氨酯间的相容性能,探讨了丝素粉体/聚氨酯共混膜在模拟体液中超声处理前后的质量损失率,强度和断裂伸长.对比了水溶性丝素、非水溶性丝素、干法共混膜与湿法共混膜相容性之间的差别.实验结果表明,丝素与聚氨酯之间的相容性较差;但非水溶性丝素湿法共混膜的质量损失最小,并且力学系能性能保持最为稳定;选择合适的含量比例,并不影响丝素在聚氨酯膜中的应用.To characterize the compatibility property of fibroin powder and polyurethane, in the paper, we made an introduction to blend films which made from fibroin powder and polyurethane; researched the mass loss ratio, elongation and strength of blend films after treated by ultrasound in simulate humoral; compared the differences between water-soluble fibroin blend films and water-insoluble fibroin blend films, between wet blend films and dry blend films. The results showed that there is a poor compatibility between fibroin powder and polyurethane; but water-insoluble fibroin/polyurethane wet blend films have better mechanical properties than others and can maintain more fibroin powder; and found that a suitable ratio of fibroin and polyurethane can be applied well.
