摘　　要：对PTT纤维的纯纺以及混纺性能进行研究,通过三因素三水平的正交试验设计进行纺纱实践,并对纺出的纱线进行了各项性能测试.结果表明,后区隔距为33或35、后区牵伸为1.33、粗纱捻系数为79.60时为最优水平组合,用该参数纺出的纱线条干最好,混纺比的选择应尽量避开临界混纺比.In order to adapt to the needs of the market and research PTT fiber＇s spun and blended performance, the practice spinning is designed by three factors and three levels of the orthogonal experimental and the properties of the spinning yarns is tested. The results show that the back gauge for 33 or 35, the back draft for 1.33, the roving twist factor for 79.60 is the best level combination. The yarn evenness is best with the parameters and the choice of blend ratio should avoid the critical blending ratio.
