高遮盖力颜料红179的制备

摘　　要：使用Z-型捏合机对颜料红179的粗品进行颜料化处理,处理后的颜料具有高遮盖性能和易分散性.文中讨论了捏合温度、捏合时间、溶剂及用量等条件对最终产品的色光、色力以及遮盖性能的影响.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:研磨溶剂为丙三醇,研磨助剂为无水氯化钙,物料与研磨溶剂比1∶1.1,研磨温度65～70℃,研磨时间5 h.Z style kneader is used to knead the crude product of C. I. Pigment Red 179, and after pigmentation, the pigment has high-hiding and good dispersibility. Furthermore, the influence of several factors on the hue, tinctorial strength and hiding power of the product including the temperature and time of kneading, the solvent and the dosage are discussed. It shows that the optimum conditions are as follows： taking glycerol as kneading solvent, anhydrous calcium chloride as auxiliary grind, 1 ： 1.1 ratio of material and solvent, the temperature of kneading between 65 ~C and 70 ℃, 5 hours for kneading time.
