摘 要:锈色粒肩天牛Apriona germari(Hope)是危害国槐的最重要的蛀干害虫,近年来在山东省发生危害十分严重。本研究对抗虫优株及感虫株国槐树皮进行总生物碱的含量进行了测定。有机溶剂法结果为每500g干物质样品抗虫株得到生物总碱2.4880g,感虫株生物总碱为1.2220g;水提法每200g干物质样品抗虫株得到生物总碱0.0310g,感虫株生物总碱为0.018g。利用高效液相色谱法对抗虫和感虫树皮样品的总生物碱进行分离,结果表明,抗虫和感虫株样品中主要含两种生物碱,而且其相对含量相似。因此,我们认为国槐抗虫株中的抗虫性主要是由于其树皮中总生物碱的高含量引起的,而不是由于其树皮中含有特殊的生物碱单体造成的。A priona germari is one of important pests in Japanese Pagodatree. It damages Japanese Pagodatree, Sophora ja ponica, heavily in Shangdong province. Total alkaloid content of both samples of resisitant to Apriona germari in Japanese Pa godatree and the susceptible control ones was analyzed. Results by method of organic extraction were total alkaloid content:2. 4880g per 500g for resistant samples, and 1. 2220g for the control ones. And total alkaloid content by water extraction: 0. 0310g per 200g for resistant samples, and 0. 018g for the control ones. The total alkaloids of bark of both resistant and suscep tive trees were isolated by HPLC. The results showed that two major alkaloid monomers existed in both resistant and susceptive tree samples, the relative content of which were also similar. Based on the results above we concluded that the resistance Apriona germari in Japanese Pagodatree resulted from the high content of total alkaloids, rather than specific alkaloid monomers in its bark.
