摘　　要：介绍了低温分离法纯氮设备两种典型的工艺流程:空气正流膨胀流程和废气返流膨胀流程,并从产品提取率、液体产量、设备投资和运行能耗等方面对两种流程进行了简单的比较。Two typical processes for nitrogen purification unit using cryogenic separation method, i. e., positive air flow expansion process and waste gas reverse flow expansion process, are introduced. The two processes are compared from the view of product extraction percentage, liquid yield, equipment investment, operation energy consumption.
