摘 要:加长风口取样机取得整个高炉炉缸半径上的焦炭样品。分析了炉缸径向不同位置、不同粒级的焦炭的碱金属含量,得出随着炉缸径向相同位置风口焦炭粒度的减小,碱金属含量下降、灰分上升;在风口焦炭粒级相同时,由炉缸边缘至中心,碱金属含量和灰分都增加的结论。通过对炉缸焦炭、入炉焦炭显微组织及碱金属含量的关系的对比分析,得出风口焦炭的碱金属含量和乏∑ISO所占比例都较人炉焦炭高、入炉焦炭各向同性的组成较各向异性的组成在高炉内的抗碳熔损能力强的结论。The coke samples along the hearth radius of BF are obtained by sampling machine located in tuyere. And then, the alkali metal content of coke in different positions and different particle size is analyzed. The conclusions are that the alkali metal content is lower and the ash content is higher as the coke particle size changing smaller in the same position along the radial hearth direction, and. the alkali metal content and ash content of the coke in the area from BF wall to center are both higher if the tuyere coke particle size is the same. Through the comparing analysis on the relationships among the alkali metal content, hearth coke and the microstructure of charging coke, it reaches the conclusions that both the alkali metal and EISO content of tuyere coke are higher than charging coke, and the resisting coke solution and loss capacity of charging coke in isotropy is higher than that in anisotropy.
